As the property manager for people & companies catering to everyone from ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNW) discerning people, and celebrities in Paris & France, to French familiest make their budget holiday on the French Riviera, my job changes every day, and involves overseeing the management and maintenance of all types of properties, from the luxury 6 bedrooms overlooking the Seine, to simple studios in the 7eme and budget properties in Cannes.
This includes tasks such as coordinating repairs and renovations, managing rental agreements and tenant relationships, handling financial transactions and budgeting, and ensuring that properties are kept in good condition and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Additionally, I can be responsible for providing concierge services for my clients, such as arranging for transportation, parking, booking reservations, and coordinating events or parties.
